The Wellness. Interventions. Support. Education. (W.I.S.E.) Program works with students ages 8-13 from both the William R. Peck and Holyoke Middle Schools.
A behavioral health clinician and case manager work together to connect students with positive, healthy community supports, including:
- Activities the Students Express Interest In
- Family Events
- Transportation to Program Events
- Homework Support
- Ways to Address Peer Pressure
- Building Social Skills
- Individual & Group Support
- And More!
The overall goal of the W.I.S.E. Program is to empower identified youth and their families to have confidence and skills to succeed.
