River Valley Counseling Center (RVCC), in partnership with Genoa Healthcare, offers a full-service, on-site pharmacy, located within RVCC’s 303 Beech Street location in Holyoke.
Genoa is the most experienced pharmacy provider specializing in the behavioral health and addiction treatment communities. The RVCC pharmacy services are available to only RVCC clients, RVCC staff and their immediate family members.
Being on-site allows the pharmacists and technicians to work closely with the RVCC care team to provide the best possible care for each individual consumer.
Genoa also has a Medication Coordinator at RVCC’s 249 Exchange Street location who is ready to serve you – even if you’re meeting with your provider by phone or video! This team member is available to:
- Help you get ALL your medications filled
- Coordinate medication delivery (at no extra cost) to your home or place of residence
- Help you decide which medication packaging is right for you, making it easier to know that you’re taking the right medicine at the right time
- Enroll you with the pharmacy and transfer your medications for you
